Reflection 7 To be inside of a colonial town meeting was very very crazy, a lot of yelling, and also I had a lot of fun. I felt like I needed to laugh the whole time because some people were taking it too seriously and it was hard not to laugh most of the time. The loyalists kept bringing up points about war and just everything about war and made like little to no valid points to fix the problems they have within their empire. The patriots brought up points about having a strong army, and helping people who are trying to create a business or church with taxes. The patriots obviously had better arguments because they were looking to evolve the way of living as the British were treating people shittily. I actually have no clue why colonists were neutral, maybe the fact that people agreed with some of what both sides were saying and didn’t know exactly who’s side to go on.
